Very Few Are Perfect On Their Wellness Journey.

One of the biggest challenges people have when starting, and continuing, a wellness program is thinking they have to be perfect.  Perfect when making food choices, perfect when exercising.  Your wellness journey is for a lifetime, so there will be many UPS and DOWNS.
