I have worked with Jeff for a year, now. My reason for seeking out his services was to lose “the last 30 pounds”. I thought that a professional perspective on my approach to exercise would be helpful, and that he could provide me with some additional accountability for my goal.
I have been very pleased with his help. He is a very good thinking professional whose ability to tailor a program to you is superb. He has appreciated that I don’t want to spend hours in the gym every day, so he has given me safe, realistic programs which are quite efficient. He has recognized opportunities for me to try new things, such as spinning. His interest in nutrition has allowed him to help me continually refine and assess the soundness of my total approach to a more healthful lifestyle. Finally, he has provided consistent encouragement with both accomplishments and plateaus, turning both into learning opportunities.
As a result of my working with Jeff, I was able to lose those last 30 pounds in 10 months, which is notable for a couple of reasons. According to my Orthopedic physician I do not have cartilege on my knees, and in addition, have arthritis in both knees. He prescribed knee surgery and/or exercise.
