What To Do When Feeling Depressed.

Getting past depression isn’t easy and doing some of the suggestions is a challenge. Sleep for example, is something that when we are depressed we don’t have control over. The two I think is the place to start is to eat healthy and exercise. When we put good food in our bodies we feel energized. That will lead to wanting to exercise. Start with what you have control over and see what happens!
