Green Leafy Vegetables Combat “The Virus”???!!!

As reported last week on The Gateway Pundit, a study led by Johns Hopkins Children’s Center found that

Sulphoraphane could help prevent and treat illnesses caused by some coronaviruses, including COVID-19

Sulforaphane is a natural plant compound derived from cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and Brussels sprouts. It is known for its antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties and is studied for its health benefits, such as for cancer prevention, heart health, and as a treatment for autism.

This is great information that really isn’t news as the scientist have known this for a long time, however this information, for some “unknown” reason, is not talked about in the media. Think about how this could be a game changer for those living in fear of this virus.

The power of a plant-based diet can’t be denied. You don’t have to be a vegan to reap the benefits and you don’t have to give up everything you love. All things in moderation usually is the best route.
