The Basics Of Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats!

One thing that drives me crazy to hear is when someone says they are cutting out carbohydrates, because they were told that is what makes you fat. Carbohydrates are essential for our health, as long as we get the right ones. Fruits and vegetables are carbs and we need them just like protein and fat.
