Eggs are a great source of protein, however you will want to limit how many you have or cut out the yolks. The amazing thing is they are so versatile you can eat and add them to many dishes!

  5. Folate
  6. Lutein
  7. Egg whites contain majority of protein
  8. Yolks contain saturated fat
  9. One egg a day is good.

As with most foods, adding eggs to the wide variety of food you eat is key!
