Intermittent fasting is all the rage, and this is a form of IF. One part that I would tweak from what the video says is if you are doing one meal a day, make that meal nutrient dense. Don’t just eat whatever you want. Your body needs nutrients and vitamins that you aren’t going to get from just any food. As they say, we can go without food a lot longer than going without water.
