Our lungs do so much more for our health than just allow us to inhale and exhale. They also combat harmful components like air pollution and environmental toxins. When you have an issue breathing, it can affect so many daily activities. The good news is that the food we eat can have a positive affect on our lungs. A diet rich in foods such as APPLES, GINGER and PEPPERS is what we want. And water, of course, plays an important role.
