Cold And Flu Superfoods!

Apparently, the cold and flu season is going to be back after taking a year off! Do what you can for your immune system, as that is your best line of defense, and it doesn’t have to be a drag to make it through. We know that citrus is packed with Vit C. If you are hitting the gym, or just in close settings where there may be a lot of sneezing and coughing, have an orange before you go! Bone broth is also a powerhouse so think of that when you make your soups.
