Stretches To Get You Going In The Morning!

A healthy breakfast is the way to get your day going. However, what you do before getting out of bed can be just as important to get your blood moving! There are many stretches you can do in bed for the whole body. If you spend most of your day at a desk, doing these stretches are a must! I have an area right outside my room that I go to in the morning for more flexibility that I have found to be so important as I am aging. Did you know your hamstring flexibility can be directly related to your low back issues?
