Lose weight this year

We are now almost 2 weeks into 2014.  If you are new to exercise and a healthy lifestyle, these first couple of months are vital to you being successful through the rest of the year and really as your lifestyle changes.  I recently read an article about how to achieve your weight loss goals.  The first two things they talked about I have been preaching for years.  You need to set realistic goals and lifting weights is essential.  I think that short term realistic goals are important.  Many times people want to see all their weight lost in 30 days. Typically that won’t happen.  Being realistic will help you not to get frustrated so you won’t quit.  I will sit down with you to look at what your goals are to help you get to where you want to be.
