We all know there are so many diets out there to choose from. It seems that every fitness person(except me :)) wants to put together the best diet. Even celebrities get in on the money to be made. The problem is it get to be too confusing! Below is just a sampling of what you can find at the library…the library!
If you feel confused, you aren’t alone! You have to get it in your head that no matter what “diet” you follow, you have to cut out the bad stuff and eat the good stuff. I know I’m making it sound simple, but it really is! We all know what the bad stuff is right?? And we know what the good stuff is right?? Don’t make it too confusing!
