Everyone looks to the New Year as a fresh start. That could be in many areas but working in the fitness industry for 25 years, most are looking to eat healthier, exercise more and drop “a few” pounds. I am not a believer in “resolutions”, as we usually don’t set ourselves up for success. Getting a good start is important but having a plan makes all the difference!
