So Many Good Things About Soy!

Soy is a great source of protein and nutrition but has taken a hit in the past, and it is time to clear that up! Past studies that have been done on animals may have painted a poor picture of what it does in the human body.

According to the executive director of the soy nutrition institute, Mark Mussina, PHD:

There are about 2000 articles published every year on soy, and when you cherry pick the data you can make a convincing argument on what you want to say. When you look at the human research it is clear soy can make an important contribution to a healthy diet.
