Maintenance Stage of Fitness

I have put this out before but it is always good to hear. We all work hard to get to a certain fitness level. The problem some have when they get into the yoyo effect of weight gain/loss is that they don’t think about maintenance. When they lose weight they go back to bad habits.
One thing I hear a lot is they will say it is so tough and they are going to have to do it the rest of their lives. Everyone does! Those who keep weight off are always on the lookout for what they eat. This doesn’t mean they never have a cookie or ice cream. They just don’t have it all the time!
