Pull-ups For Strength!

I spent about 2 years doing nothing but pull-ups and other bodyweight exercises. It was a big change because most of my workouts consisted of weights. It was eye-opening as to the benefits I got from this. I had always performed pull-ups and pushups as part of my workout, but never as my entire workout! What a great feeling to rattle off a nice set of pull-ups as they are one of the most challenging exercises for me.
