Black Beans Or Pinto Beans

I am a huge fan of beans and they have become a staple in my diet. A great source of protein and fiber as well as other nutrients. Go to any Mexican restaurant and you have a choice of black beans or pinto beans. Both are excellent choices and you can’t go wrong with either but if you are wanting to go with what is healthiest, you have a choice that is better.
