We all know that kale is a superfood that we should incorporate into our diets. It use to be that dark green leaf they put on your dinner plate and would still be there when you were finished. There really is so much powerful nutrition that we need to be eating it!
The thing about kale is, on its own, it isn’t the tastiest of foods. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard from people that they tried to eat a kale salad and they just didn’t like it. What I love to do with kale is chop it up and add to a bigger salad with lettuce, spinach and other tasty veggies. That way you get the nutrition and aren’t just eating kale!
