I Love My TRX!

I was introduced to TRX about 6 years ago and have loved it! As a trainer, I am able to take it anywhere and can have any client, of any fitness level, at any age use it and be able to modify the exercises to fit everyone. I use it for myself with my workouts to kick up what I’m doing and get a different form of exercise than traditional weights and cardio.
Ask your trainer about TRX or sign up for a class at the gym and reap the benefits!
