Water First Thing In The Morning

For a long time I have been starting my morning with a glass or two of water. I learned this from an elderly man who would come to the gym every morning and was in very good shape. I figured if it was something that he did, and it obviously worked, I should implement it into my day. The biggest thing I noticed was I would feel myself wake up as I drank the water. As I started thinking about it, it made perfect sense as I would go 6-8 hours without water, I must be a bit dehydrated. Even though this is a big thing, there are many other benefits that go along with it.
Flushes your bowels, release toxins, cleanses the colon and speeds up metabolism are a few that, right off the bat, would lead me to drink water when I get up.
What I recommend to you is to try this for 30 days and see what happens. It won’t take more time and is probably the simplest thing you can do for yourself. Drink water on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, and get your day started right!
