Lemon/Ginger Water For The Summer


I keep a pitcher of lemon/ginger water in the refrigerator during the summer. I drink a lot of plain water and they give it a good flavor for a bit of a change. It is more than just flavor as lemon and ginger are full of good nutrition.
Boosting the immune system, relief from indigestion and nausea, can lower the effects of diabetes, healthy skin and hair and aids in weight loss are among the benefits of drinking it on a regular basis.
I simply peal a piece of ginger root and grate it. Add it to a pitcher of water, along with a sliced lemon with the peal still on and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Stir it up to get the ginger in your glass and enjoy! You will feel energized as you drink it on a regular basis.
