I think if I could have anything, it would be a personal chef to make all my meals. For most of us, eating is the real issue when it comes to weight loss/management. If we all had the correct portions and healthy ingredients all the time there wouldn’t be a problem.
The reality is we have to learn how to cook and shop for ourselves. It can be a challenge not to buy the bad stuff that is in the stores. When I am shopping for myself, those cookies and chips don’t just magically appear in my house. I’m the one bringing them in, I have to make the right choices at the store so I don’t have the temptations all day.
Taking that personal responsibility is what will empower you to be successful in your wellness/fitness journey!
