What Does It Mean To Be Absorbent And How Does It Apply To Nutrition?

A quick search online at Merriam-Webster gives the following definition of absorbent. Able to take in and hold liquid : able to absorb liquid. The first thing that comes to mind for me is a towel soaking up a spilled drink. In the billion dollar world of supplementation it takes on a different meaning.
It can get very confusing to try and figure out everything that is out there and how it is supposed to make us healthy. With all the promises made from this industry, there is very little that proves what companies are claiming to be true.
As you know, I have been sharing Juice Plus for 13 years and one of the big reasons is the scientific research that backs it up. Honestly, I have not found another product out there that can match what Juice Plus has done in the past 20+ years when it comes to proving it is absorbed by the body. This is the most important part of taking something, no matter what someone tries to tell you. The reason it is absorbent is because it is the whole food, fruits, vegetables and berries. That is what our bodies want and need. Click on the link below to see the studies and where they are researched. You aren’t going to find this body of evidence anywhere else or with any other product!
